Funny, I received my proxys yesterday [living in Taipei]

Regarding the additional 25mil shares, it is my understanding that they will not be released on the market. For that matter, all of the current 50mill aren't on the market. It was described as a good time to get approval. Then, for example, if WAVX wished to go for a secondary offering the shares would already be available.

That's the way I see it anyway.

Tony

The fact that Wave will be getting 25 million more shares DOES NOT MEAN they will authorize to put them into use.All it means is that they have a surplus at their disposal so that they would not have a need to call a special shareholders meeting to do so.When they are needed for something very important to the company's bottom line they will be issued.

I have sent quite a summary with a full listing of all MMs involved with Wave to the SEC.I feel certain that the MM are DELIBERATELY COLLUDING to keep Wave's share price down and I'm quite sure there will be an IMMEDIATE investigation into the matter.

At this point and time, anyone with long term vision in this company should not justify filling one's pockets (opportunisticly)while the company languishes on the OTC.I'd much rather see the company's valuation grow so if there is a need to burn shares they will need to burn a whole lot less.Again IMO some of those shares will be going to IBM but I don't look at that as dilution.I'm not suggesting that anyone not trade in their own best interest's,but keep in mind the need for everything to go in Wave's best interests right now.

What should the current valuation of the company be right now?Well it looks like to me with such a significant deal in place(and more on the way)that the company deserves at least a 200 million dollar price tag.Company's are often valued for what their future earnings look like not the present.

We are not in the spotlight YET.We WILL get there.
