While it is true the SEC perceived no serious violations by GRNO, it took 15 months of "investigation" to render its verdict. What it published should have been in its word processors all that time. That 15 months of foot dragging contributed greatly to GRNO's present condition and constitutes a far greater penalty than any imposed fine. Charles
