A source close to the company said we will being seeing news soon.
Mr. Whitman said he will not put out news just to put out news. He said when news comes; it will have substance and pertinent information that will unveil to the shareholder and would be investor that CRNC is moving in the right direction.

There are many things in the works and we will be seeing something soon. In the mean time please remain patient and check in on the Web site. It is quite informative and keeps the investor up to date.
Everything one needs to know about the company's current projects are on the Web site.

This information below is directly from the Web Site. I wouldn't be surprised if we see something pertaining to this in the near future.

On October 5, 1998, Chronicle signed a binding letter of
intent to acquire the assets of a Clearwater, Florida based commercial heat-set printing business named "Sun & Fun". The combined acquisitions have over 70,000 square feet of commercial buildings, two cold set web presses, one heat set press and one large sheet fed press. Both plants have complete prepress from computer to film capability.
Chronicle can now print all types of newspapers, print and bind books, magazines, brochures and fliers. The company will realize millions of dollars of revenue growth in
1999.
