I got through and have printed off. It is a must read for all RMBS investors. They have set the following qualifiers to the $500M investment- ALL specifically benchmarked against RDRAM ramp up:

-First minimum production milestones
-first minimum required production
-first production milestone date
-qualified cap ex's against RDRAM
-second minimum production milestone
-second minimum required production
-supply agreement
-volume production agreement
-etc...

And if these milestones and qualifiers are not met, then Intel has also included a conversion ratio to reduce their investment accordingly. We all knew this was about RDRAM, but it is all spelled out in writing.

No serious RDRAM production = no $$'s. Again, I see this as being a watershed moment!!
