Thanks for reposting the SEC article! Like you I am very pleased that JT got the ball rolling on this SEC investigation relevant to my posts pertaining to ARET. IMO, the SEC does a thoural investigation on all legitimate complaints. They obviously will investigate ARET's business practices along with other posters on this board that have had and has privy to inside information. ARET, will have to make sure all of there T's are crossed and I's dotted. I hope the SEC will be able to uncover why so many investors lost more than 90% of there investment with a company that published all of the great projects that were going to happen but to date hasnt.
