To Carmine: What news about China are you referring to? The story about how much better CDMA is than GSM was from China but from a Q man. No indication whatsoever that CDMA can roll yet. Sad but looks like molasses rolling uphill is rapid compared to CDMA breaking out of the morass it is in in China. Still hopeful that the better system (CDMA) will win out in the end - but the end seems to stay in the future. Nothing significant is happening now - just tests. If the Q can find a way to support the civilian leadership with Chinese companies which the leadership smiles upon instead of the PLA companies the leadership is frowning on, that could help. Assume activity along that line is proceeding as this is written. But so far no CDMA sausage out of the sausage grinder. If anyone has any concrete news of progress in operating and selling CDMA to Chinese customers vs tests, sure would like to learn of it. Meanwhile count on CDMA to win on its merits. With a little help by having the right people involved.to profit from the Chinese companies (as opposed to the foreign devils) who are essential to break out on this. :-) Chaz
