Your statement runs contrary to your previous position concerning CLECs. Please re-read it and come back...

They are talking about the recip fees that CLECs would be paid by the ILECs, which means that the CLECs would forfeit revenues with no coincident savings to the subscriber. Are you sure you like this?

2. The following statement is amusing to some extent, but troubling just the same:

Now we have Federal Officials speaking on conditions of anonymity? I didn't know that our employees could do that.
