According to the press release, they were to close on 160 loans on or about 10/15/98. There was no mention of construction. Since Dustan has been promoted all information has dried up other than for the individual phone calls made by posters on this board. The only insider information that was released, in error by them, was positive. 10Q should show negative which we all expect. The price continues to decline due to no volume. Being tax season, I have recommended to my pick subscribers to sell ARET for tax losses. These people control 13+ million shares. But even with this selling the price has not gone down as much as I expected. You have succeeded in killing board interest in this stock. But the blame is not only yours, it also belongs to the members of this thread who because of their huge ego's have continued to feed you. I don't disagree with some of the content of your posts, just the intent.
