bluejeans: That may be true, but I think the attitude in the past was that the internet was somehow "special", and anything goes. I believe that if that was true, it is rapidly becoming a dangerous way to think. I believe that the recent actions of the SEC, (and I think that everyone will see a lot more of the same from them sooner than people think) is just the first "shot over the bow". I have a feeling that there are some people on these chat boards that may find themselves in a situation that they are not going to like. (not "pro's" but just plain old posters) But what do I know... maybe it's just wishful thinking.
