Aureal had argued that entry of a preliminary injunction would mean closing the company. The court therefore ruled that ''Plaintiffs' (Creative's) showing of injury is substantially outweighed by the injury to defendant (Aureal) should an injunction be granted and plaintiffs ultimately not prevail.' This was my favorite part! Anyone have info on EAX2? I just finished listening to AGN some info on mx300 and mention of EAX2. Congrats to anyone that bought in the single digits! While I couldn't add shares, someone had to provide the support. All I hoped for was a increase the day after earnings. I felt that would provide the fuel for Creaf to explode on buy-backs. I always felt that Creaf would turn out fine if I was patient enough. mike
