What an amazing stock. The amount of negative things that have happened over the last quarter.(World Markets, share dilution, Wal Mart suit, Bert/BKS merger, etc, etc.) and this thing wants to gap up 5 to over 120. What would have been the odds of that back in June/July? My guess is that this gap may be designed to draw in some short covering, and we might see selling into it.

Sue them. As a shareholder you can allege the right to have equal access to investment
information. Despite the fact that I live in Seattle I am not sure how this state's courts
treat such shareholders rights issues but it wouldn't cost much to get an attorney to look
into it for you. If you need a referral to a Seattle area litigator, let me know.

Rob,

I may. However, it appears the SEC could do this for me. That would save me some money.
