It is just the opposite of when management keeps lying or cheating about current earnings, when everyone realizes management gets ousted and the stock gets punished etc etc. Well INPR keeps deferring (currently $15.5M)earnings to the future and they keep buying the stock at bottom prices Del wants to buy a service company but knows the Street will kill this stock if he does it now so he keeps pushing some earnings forward so he can make a quick buy when time is right. Big ticket products are selling at the rate of 40% increases and rising, major beta product doing well, lots a cash $81m, low interest rates and going lower, little or no debt, and the stock price is not discounting all this it is discounting lower tools sales -old business (stock price is acting like Borland not INPR). When it happens it will all happen at once and make up for lost time cause no one is expecting it. The surprise is on the upside while the downside is the expected. Besides there are no shorts since September. I see it as the turn around is more than half way done. I am probably early but not too early and that's how to pick the bottom or true value. If you wait for everyone else to know about it you lose most of the ride! TTOSBT
