But it may not that simple, I think. It may be useful to know the terms of the preferred shares that can convert at 10:1 common. I wonder if those shares can still convert at the same ratio, even after this reverse?

While many contracts have anti-dilution clauses, I have seen few, . . . what shall we call them . . . anti-concentration clauses.
