Ravi:
I do use MACD for long and short term buy and sell signal more as an additional confirmation. Buy signals for RSI are generated when it hits below 30 and gets back to 30 and moves north. OBV is more of following the trend. If the trend is up and RSI is going up and MACD has generated a buy signal, it is a buy and reverse for the sell. Usually RSI and OBV go hand in hand. But RSI is more sensitive. If the RSI stays up above 70 , stay with the stock until RSI crosses down 70 and goes south. If the price goes up and RSI goes down, it is a divergence, & it is a sell. Also print RSI chart. If you see HEAD AND SHOULDER PATTERN, IT IS A SELL.
If you see INVERSE HEAD AND SHOULDER PATTERN, IT IS A BUY.

Just remember that each stock has its own behaviour pattern and one should follow its behaviour as it pertains to the technicals.
