This is only a speculation on my part, but...Kaleidoscope Media Group probably had this in the works way before the AGE merger has had time to be finalized. The 100% acquisition of AGE still needs to be announced.....so any press releases would come out with the original arrangement between parties, until, legally, they can say differently. Just IMHO.
