Tim: you don't need to worry about the SEC because it seems to me you disclose everything you do, AND, these generally are NOT BB stocks, they are MAJOR stocks that we all can easily do our own DD on, unlike most of these BB's.......... besides, you suggest good picks, at certain prices, they generally go UP. So, If you suggest a stock at, say, $10.00/share, and it gets to $12-15.00/share, SHAME ON ME for not taking a profit off of the table. If it goes up 50% or more, then starts backing down, DUH! to me for sitting on it as opposed to taking a profit............ Now, if you did NOT disclose what you do, there MIGHT be a problem with the SEC......... but i doubt it. :-)
