Why is SPX flat/up with $PREM so low?

So far this AM, $PREM has floated b/t 350..600 (mostly, 450..550). Yet, SPX is resilient, positive. Seems like the futures are trading below "fair value"?

TIA,
Alan

<< EBAY shows a very clear five wave advance from 10/8 with a blow-off on 10/27. >>

Does that mean that this is a "safe" place to short EBAY ??? : ' )

Just curious. Don't think I would want to play that game with a powderkeg like EBAY, but golly, it is hard not to ask the question. The chart is staring me in the face, saying "Short me. Short me."

EBAY. It's not your father's stock.
