When y'all receive your proxys, if you are going to designate someone other than the Shiva recommended "typical" proxy, my advice is: In addition to so designating on the card, you prepare a simple statement to the same effect and have your signature Notarized. We have successfully done so many times. 3. "Zman": Your thoughts on "other interested" is on target; also, that is a very good idea [ = anyone holding options, exercise early to vote]. 4.
