exactly... BNEZ did a rev split awhile back and was BNEZD for 30days..

I just called another person and ETRADE and had him reconfirm that the rev split 1 for 4 did go through... he also said that if the MMs have adjusted the price to reflect a 1 for 4 split then you could BE SURE that the rev split is legit..

let's hope that for the sake of those still in that it does move up like some of those here think it will...

anyway, don't wanna post anymore here til after close otherwise, I think it'd be seen as bashing.. so goodbye for now..

take care all :) we'll discuss what to do about BARON later.

But have you seen this particular maneuver, where they change the name one day and then the next there is a reverse split? I thought that story about CVSTD (#reply-6189882) that I just posted yesterday was a singular event.

Maybe not. Is it possible that this is a new scheme, to first change the name, sort of freezing the current investors and then in the confusion and the hype of the new symbol they sell shares into the rally before doing a reverse split? And then next thing we know they are converting some of the preferred to sell into the float until the price is down to where it was. Then hey, they can repeat the cycle again I reckon.

If there aren't rules against this, there should be.
