Re running job opening ads for other companies: When your CPA firm
ran those ads, you didn't imply that the openings were for the CPA
firm. If CMND's ads don't state that the openings are for other
client companies, then the hiring company is CMND. (Unless CMND puts
applicants on their payroll and then subcontracts them out for an
override percentage like a headhunting firm, but that's an entirely
different business than a solution provider like CMND.)
I have to believe that the openings are for employment BY CMND, which means that the business is growing. Uncertainty can be
cleared up by someone on the thread interviewing for a job---and
maybe being hired!!

Dear JDN - I meet several programmers that are independent contractors and call themselves consultants. They are not like employees on payroll with benefits etc. and let go when contract ends. Much less overhead. Companies can have fewer employees and many consultants. For a project based approach, companies like CMND or CBSI get several temporary consultants so that they do not have to pay the benefits (severance packages, etc.) They keep their employees in key areas for management purpose. That is my guess as to why there is a discrepancy. It is encouraging to see the stock is holding its ground.

Jeff Berry - Your silence worries me! Ram
