Wished I knew. It just happens that I have a lot more of CMIV then anything else. On the one hand, coverage could materialize, they could announce large contracts and sentiment could change and on the other... Numbers were not bad but they were not blow out. But even with the results, it is not trading where it should so I am not sure where we go from here.

listened to conf call last night off and on. overall very positive. mgmt was pleased with results and prospects going forward. i cant understand the lack of interst in the stock. perhaps the upcoming electronics assoc show and expected buy recs will generate interest.

a few points:

-end to end solution is the direction they are moving in. feel that it is the path to higher profits esp with margins on professional services. plourde will be a key piece in the stratgey.

-entouch1000 doing really well - volume HIGHi

re plourde -value added/best of breed for application
will leverage ncr and ibm relationships, enable
open architecture and enable to retailers take more control over their payment processes and management.

there were questions raised about slowdown in us economy and candian dr terminal market and how this would affect ivi. they dont see any slowdowns and are optimistic about increasing market share.

-cost savings are kicking in and will continue.

40-42% gross margins due to increased professional services revenues
-looking at options re manufacturing hardware to increase efficiency and lower cost.

-ingencio have full plate with groupe bull negotiations etc.
-expect to increase position in not too distant future.

re competition with hyc/verif - they are more commodity oriented
eg. hyc has no checkreaders
ivi moving to advacned paymenet master, going after different customers
some ingencio prod can allow compete with hyc cerif in south america.
