I'll send the my formula for the homemade bread later today or tomorrow .... low fat and low sodium ...... and tastes great ......

what I "was" having trouble with was the lack of flavor from the soup .......

heck, I'd forgotten the garlic .....

see my previous post to lisa ....

the brown gravy mix and the white gravy mix that I use are both really good ..... started using them when I was running the cafeteria in the industrial plant for 20+ years ....
saves time and the quality is good ........
bout like your double black soy ......

Since you were nice enough to share some recipies with us, here is my recipe for meat loaf...

1. Open Freezer door...
2. Take out Swanson Hungry Man meat loaf dinner...
3. Take tray out of box...
4. Punch some holes in the plastic covering...
5. Place in Microwave Oven for 4 minutes on high...
5. Turn tray around and set Microwave Oven for another 4 minutes...
6. Let stand one minute...
7. Remove from microwave Oven...
8. Remove plastic covering...
9. Bon apetit... : >
