Were there ever any official disclosures that indicated that while hyping PUMPING up DCTC as a HUGE BUY that we-know-who and associates were DUMPING shares to the same people being hyped to?

Assuming there was such a disclosure, or not for that matter, wouldn't that say and related credibility is for nada?
