Just to weigh in with my 2 cents. This will certainly not hurt the company long term. Omer, I think by now we all know your opinion of Morgernstern. Perhaps he sold PHD because of the potential of Powecom and needed the cash to sustain this operation, and this was the best deal he could get. I am certainly happy he did not sell tower at $13 which also could have happened. Powercom needs to generate sales and I don't think Morgernstern has a lot to do with that one way or the other. Yes maybe the stock will move up only on real results rather than being a story stock but that will gives us time to accumulate more. If you feel strongly about it you could get a tally of shares owned by people on this thread and if we have enough support try to get some appropriate resolution put to a vote.
