whatever the billing rate, it's getting more expensive with each day that passes us closer to Dec. 31, 1999

A more pertinent issue is, given TPi's actual current staffing levels and staff retention problems, how many of these deals have been sub-contracted out, thus significantly reducing the realized revenue and contract up-sell and business expansion possibilities.
