I hope they don't go ahead and buy any private company. PAIR has shown absolutely no ability to grow earnings and that is the number one reason this stock is in the toilet right now. From the tone in the qtr. conf call I could tell that analyst don't particularly like this company and in return PAIR guys were taking cracks at the analyst numbers - to paraphrase one of the PAIR dudes quipped "your numbers are out of whack - its time for you to trade-in your calculator". Its bad enough when the company is not showing any growth - to compound the problem these guys are traking crack at the analysts. Come on management send some good vibes out - get the damn price up! enough is enough...
