Hi Sam,

<< The NMF pr....how long does the SEC give you for a news release?..48 hours?? >>

You're right, Sam... 48 hours it is, but a news release doesn't have to be made for a contract for business being signed unless it substantially effects the Company. We are interpreting the effect the NMF deal will have and, IMO, the interpretation is correct. But, many companies put out every little contract signed to hype their own stock. TSIG has not done that... fortunately, IMO. There is no need to give the competition ideas! That doesn't mean there won't be a PR about the NMF deal and others today or sometime in the near future, but I leave the timing of those releases for management to decide. I do know, however, that when I tried to reach Rob Gordon and James Guild earlier in the week I was told they were both in New York for the week and would also be at the NMF gala.

Best always,

Marty
