New Lows Continue To Dry Up... New Highs 32 New Lows 3 The New Lows continue to dry up against a backdrop of disbelief that the market is heading higher... A perfect scenario for the market to move up... We are out of the BEAR and into the BULL... I guess we're all used to a lot of Bull on the Internet... : > Advancers are overpowering Decliners... A FED rate cut appears to be in the cards... Now we're hearing about a positive G7 announcement to come... The FED will continue to do whatever it has to do to avert a banking liquidity crisis...
