Well those of us who can still think straight know that Dan Fisher is the responsibe party,, It matters not what your role was, (unless you were telling DF what to do ;-) lol ), for even if you were doing all of those things that have been said, they are irrelevant to an individuals investment decision (we are all big boys and girls). Well at least most of us. I have talked to the SEC and all they would say is that you were cooperating with their investigation. Good enough for me. I appreciate your effort in doing the right thing. Here is the SEC link to the recent actions filed, includes the official filings sec.gov Good luck to you Gary. P.S. I've taken a new hobby, (you'll love this)... I have become evil incarnate, as I have been daytrading, mostly NASDAQ, occasion NYSE using Ken Wolff principles, It is quite fun and has been fairly profitable. I've Done best when the market totally sucked. I dont touch pennies anymore except my investment in RNTK. Too much money to be made in wallstreet overreactions. ;-))
