Sorry to say, I was unaware of the patent problem.
Does the patent cover the method of laying down the
chips i.e. TAB with or without a substrate,or
flipchip etc., or has it to do with the testing of
the chips after mounting?

Being late to the party I have no knowledge of the
lawsuit and would appreciate being steered to a
source of info. I looked up lexar on Yahoo Finance
and the response was no such co exists on their
data base!
