The part that I LIKE IS:

The Company indicated that results from the newly formed joint venture with TWC, DCI TIME Europe, Ltd., have not been included.

Means no dilution of shares with elimination of Series F
and dropping of Locus acquisition. Will the shorts
cover now?

Does anybody remember what the buyback provision was? Number of shares and Buyback price in particular? I don't have my annual report here to look it up. "January of 1999" any significance to that date relating to the sale of DCI? I still think we will not get any significant appreciation above the 1.50 to 2.00 range until our final outcome is determined or we have postive earnings from operations.

<<In light of these events, the Company intends to exercise its buy back rights to its recently issued series F convertible preferred by the end of January 1999.">>

Clamenz,

That hit me so pleasingly painful between the eyes too.

Ladies and gentleman, Elvis has ENTERED the building....!

Very positive indeed. I'm very happy the convertible preferred is not expected to overhang the market in this stock.

Good luck everyone. I think you may have a winner here, and if I can come up with the extra scratch, I may join you soon.

Regards,

Ron
