The IR came on si saying no R/S and people are pissed. so if someone could post this you would be doing me a great favor. I came here cuz there is no site for fgrx on rb well, the baron has lied to us all. It seems they have done this with other stocks as well. i here many of you are talking about lawyers etc... well, i am a law student at the universty at buffalo, state of new york school of law. Yesterday we opened a free clininc, with the help of the sec (one of only two in the u.s.) to deal with fraud and the like. the clinic is for the small investor who does not have the funds to finance a major case. it is also for cases that do not invlove alot of $. For instance if you only lost 2000 cuz of fraud, you would not pursue a case cuz it would cost you more than 2 grand. BARON-MARNEY more questions: The company has now received approval from the appropriate regulatory agency's* of the following products for sale in the US and Canada.* You would think wouldn't you that with such a long press release they would have been able to cite the specific agencies that have approved these products? It can't be that there is no approval needed in the first place for these products is it and that this is not really news? So Baron-Marney, here is another question to add to the list of my questions that you are apparently ducking: Just which agencies and please be specific with citations of their approvals. VERTA VAC is a uniquely newly developed Bio-Formulation consisting of a synergistic blend of selected activity resulting in a breakdown of tissues, oil, blood, and organic matter in dental evacuation systems. Btw, please explain this double talk that made it's way into your press release. It is not clear exactly what this product is. Or was this your intent in the first place? Thanks in advance.
