"I think we both were thinking that we would see at least $7 Million spread out over Q4, Q1, and Q2. Unfortunately, because of the revenue recognition stance that they have taken, the cash burn rate will continue to be high, and the INRANGE revenue won't hit the top or bottom lines in significant amounts."

From the press release
"Ancor received a $3.0 million payment in the third quarter of 1998 and will receive additional $3.0 million payments in its 1998 fourth quarter and its 1999 first quarter."

I think it's important that the cash is coming in. The accounting for it could be in the form of a liability on the balance sheet that gets reduced as the sales are recorded.
