That's a bold call. While I wouldn't mind seeing it, I would have thought the OSX is more likely to see 65 by tomorrow. (I'm usually wrong on these things.)

Best bet for a rally would be a positive surprise out of the OPEC meeting. I have no reason to expect that. (I guess that's why they call them "surprises.")

There appears to be some major shorting going on today in stocks like VRC. I guess, once again, this is the only sector where the shorts feel relatively safe.

OSX within 10 days down to 62...Depending on outcome of OPEC meet I'd say some good news will make it rise to about 70. The weather this time will not have a great impact on supply side...Compare to Nigerian civil unrest stopping their oil flow for same period...
