Bingo!!! You finally got one right! The TA was never told by AZNT that AZNT was not up to date with their SEC filings and thus any restricted stock that normally would have been legal to transfer could, by law, not be. The TA wanted no part of AZNT after that and resigned the account.

The TA's attorney? Why has the TA's law firm become involved in all this? Unless, of course, they, too, are suing AZNT... The list must be getting pretty long...
