zj, I agree that RCNC currently is facing some extensive capital expansion costs. However, once the infrastructure is completed, I think their market penetration in the Mid-Atlantic region should make them highly attractive to potential acquirers. Sometimes we have to look beyond the present debt structure and vizualize the free cash flow the company will generate upon completion of major infrastructure improvements. Btw, does anyone perusing this thread have an inside contact with RCNC management?? I'm bouncing around an idea and am looking for someone that can assist in getting my it heard by someone that counts. Our local Erols office types don't seem to have the clout to make any decisions or conceptualize new market opportunities. Would appreciate any assistance. Regards, Ron
