Peter, How familiar are you with option before I go any further? Option is not as dangerous as many say. However, one has to practice on a paper before s/he actually plays options. Some countries don't allow options, so check with your country exchange, too. Of course if you have accounts in US, there'll be no problem as far as I know. InSook

Peter, for covered call writing I would highly suggest the following thread on SI: How To Write Covered Calls - An Ongoing Real Case Study Subject 12574 It is an excellent site that deals strictly with CC writing utilizing a strategy where in moving averages and RSI are used as indicators for writing covered calls. The strategy has worked very very well for me. Start reading the thread for a while and look out for postings by a gentleman named Herm he is the 'mentor' of the thread..Good Luck
