Well, I think Clyde can handle both. ROTI and Wrapsters are totally different animals and ownership and management.

Wrapsters is in S. Florida and is basically a Subway style set-up. Only franchising to people with industry experience. And it is mainly a franchise op while Tanners is mainly company owned.

It think a Wrap costs $75-100k to do...

A Tanners is $1.3 Million....

If he ran Holiday Inn, Embassy, LJSilvers and operated 146 Wendy's he can handle both-- It is called delegation of authority.

<<Wonder if they've heard of the corporate opportunity doctrine (a legal derivative of fiduciary and conflict of interest law.)<<

Lost me on that one. I own two businesses-- and planning on starting two more and closing my Investment company. Clyde is a lot more successful than me!

RELAX friend!
