You mean if you were a CEO and someone was slamming your company you would not fight back?

I am not in HEB-- I used to trade it when it was HEMX-- it caught my eye when it blasted off this summer due to German investors.

Ampligen is getting good marks from the CFIDS patients from what I hear-- they need help.

Post from the YHOO thread follows:

"Quote from the CNN interview just a few weeks ago."

"Maybe the stress of the day has gotten to him; after all, every dollar Hemispherx stock fluctuates means a million-dollar profit or loss for Asensio if he has a million shares shorted as he says."

----------------

Can't be very much fun losing over 11.6% of your investment in one day! How long will it take at a million a day loss rate before you decide it would probably be best to cover?

How much more does the stock go up with a million more shares worth of buy orders coming in?

How about the short sellers who followed Asensio? Are they going to hold out longer than him or cave in before him? There is going to be a horrific crush at the exits.

The interesting thing is that all these buy orders on the near horizon don't bring any baggage with them. In other words, they are closing a previous sale so they don't represent any additional holders looking for a chance to sell and get out at a profit. This is nothing but good for the longs.

Live by the sword, Die by the sword, Asensio. I hope this fiasco puts you out of business, just like you TRIED to do to HEB.

Oh yeah, Senior Asensio, after you take these hits, you still have to pay your lawyers to defend you in the lawsuit against you, that is unless you decide to give in and make restitution to those you injured. Or maybe you can talk your lawyers into working for free. Tell them if they defend you, you'll give them a tip on the stock market. Your reputation is going away with your money.

I love it!
