Can you summarize for us how they meet Nasdaq listing reqmts. Besides the price per share, they need a 1M share float, at least 300 shareholders and 3 MMs. How does FXWA fair here? tia...

Misleading, hype or just plain dishonesty: Nasdaq listing here we come. give us a break Ted. The meeting might go something like this with Nasdaq and FXWA: income over past 2 years: well, none yet, but we own piece of 2 struggling hotels in Tunisia, and well, NUOA might buy this back, but it is a tangible asset. Public Float?: the mayor and hudson have some shares, a lot actually, and that guy luke too, oh, and Ted says everyone in Wendover's got a share, that's public aint it? Assets to debt: Well we've got assets, those casino parts and pieces in Tunisia, and there's the mortgaged 20 acres in Elko, and don't forget the truckstop; but sir, we've got deals, and Fred's gonna take his action private, SI board hypesters assure us. Debt: well, coupled hundred million in a 'note' we owe Fred and his boys, but dont worry we won't have to pay it back, heh heh. Cash position: lots, ok let me check my wallet I know I've hit the ATM today. Yep, listing here we come! happy halloween!
