marc 500 000 shares at $2 is a lot of money. 500 000 shares@$20 is an obscene amount of money for someone to come in to execute the last 20% of the plan. Yes, yes I know these are options only, but I'd apply and try to con my way in with that sort of incentive! It seems to be a sad paradigm that the "best" people will do it only for the money. "Best" at self promotion, thats what. You'll never find these high flyers go out on a limb like the Spragues did. Sorry, feeling a bit jaundiced and bilious tonight. Perhaps just refecting my experience in my own profession that selfishness and self promotion rewards handsomely. Paul
