some invisable entity on the other side of a computer is an expert to you? Not to me, but they did make a lot of unknowing investors think that they were. You would merely be questioned as to what you saw. Any conclusion that YOU made would be laughed out of court. You just don't have the years and experience put in. Sorry matty..but that's how things work in the real world. In the real world, I wouldn't be placed in a situation where I give an opinion of people's motives in a court of law. So this whole concept is idealistic at best. My opinion of people's motives are derived from truthful analysis. I wouldn't give a conclusion, I would only give analysis based on questioning. At least the discussion was somewhat civil, though.. Actually, that was my goal. The Evil Dead
