I have no personal issue other than that which should be discussed in public about your apparent hyping of this stock. I think you have some big league explaining to do here. You have been recommending this stock through your newsletter and talking it up on this thread. You seem to been a constant apologist for the company - any argument that can be used to support the stock price, but the truth when it doesn't fit it seems. Is your being duped right along with everyone else, your defense here? For the last few weeks you have been pushing what a great opportunity this stock is in your newsletter. You have downplayed talk of a Reverse Split. I think your record of the stock threads you have participated in, and their price action calls for public discourse about your motives and how you get some of you information. Are you prepared to deny any relationship or coordination of what you write in your newsletter with Carl Kruse? I think you should take this opportunity to go on the record and give us some detailed answers. Admit or deny, your pleasure. If you don't disclose truthfully, it looks like the SEC has an appetite these days for realigning ethics.
