Mr.Ed, I am voting against all the additional shares. I read the 10-ksb... and until Morrell gets some shareholder value and the price up to $5.00 I recommend voting against anything he and the board want to do . The whole situation stinks and I am tired of this being a dog. I am in deep and really can't take the losses right now. The company on paper has all the right stuff, and has had all along. But the price has got to go north..... IMHO
