My view is the market makers took in a lot of stock as funds closed out positions before fiscal years ending October 31. That led to the move on old rumors, but I'd be very surprised if there's a takeover this weekend because the options were just repriced yesterday. I was very willing to sell November 15 calls against half my position (bought October 15, 16 and 19 - average cost 10.248), and by the end of the day was only down 3/8 on my covered calls.
