They supposedly converted the preferred of FGRX to 500,000 shares of common (NBMXD). As I indicated earlier this whole thing is quite confusing and will take some time for it to settle in. Nobody knows whats going on here. National Boston was private and FGRX public and now they are one company. Nobody knows much about National Boston. Anyone who has bought or sold this stock on SI has had no idea of what they were selling or buying including me. I thought I did yesterday but now I am not sure anyone knows. You may have alot of fault to find and you and Jhild will be very happy. Or if the facts indicate otherwise, the shareholders will be happy while you and your fellow bashers will slink away to bash elsewhere another day.
