OK, their revenue was > 60 mlns, they ARE profitable, they have about 28 mln shares, 100+ mlns in a bank not counting the 100mln convertable, they have good engineers working there, and the market cap of only 250 mlns???? I think it is a one of the best investment opportunitites now. Looking for a market cap of at least 500-600 mlns in 6-12 months.

There are two items that really stand out in MRVC's expense items... Research and Development at 6.8 million and SG&A at 15.6 million. For the first two quarters RD was 10.5 million and SG&A was $23.6 million. SG&A appear to be out of control, why the big increase??? Revenue looks strong...what were the estimates? If you factor in the avg SG&A for the first two quarters to current Qtr SGA would be 11.8 million and R&D would of been 5.5 million increasing net income by 3.3 million assuming a 35% tax rate or an extra .12 a share. CC should be interesting.. Rory
