A little cynical are we? They work 12 hour shifts and fly to and from the rig each day by chopper - if you can't see -you can't land - if you can't land -you can't drill. This is very common in muskeg type areas in Northern Alberta. I've flown into places like that may times any you simply turn around and fly back.
