I do not know much about the company and I have no problem with R&D expenses but what is included in the $9MM increase in SGA expenses it looks like it went from 6 to 15 million! and that works out to about another .30 per share for the quarter. Does this possibly reflect the Xyplex acquistion. If so the stock may not be hit particularly. It looks to me like the company has good growth and now it has to digest this acquisition and work the kinks out. But if someone gets to listen to the cc please let us know what the relevent facts are here.
