Watch all these guys get just a little slap on the wrist and walk away to start the cycle over again! Figures! Noticed two articles about the MTBE problem in USA Today in the 10-29 issue, along with a separate article of the King pump and dump of SURG. MIDL not mentioned, but how appropriate it would have been for it to share the same page as the MTBE article. More knife wounds! Selk

For a company that has no assets, it sure is taking a long time to do an audit of the financials. Does anyone believe Mark is committed to MIDL anymore since he is not returning anyone's calls? Even if there is nothing to report, he should at least reconfirm that the auditors have the financials and give another estimate as to when the audit may be completed. He told me in September that he believed the Financials should be filed by the end of October. Well, it's the end of October! I know the audit is out of his hands, but he should at least return someone's call. No end in sight for this Night-Mare Happy Halloween Cin the Cat
